Taking up an endurance sport not only gives you pleasure, but it also strengthens your body. The key is to maintain an aerobic threshold . The aerobic threshold is the state of running at a heart rate of about 150 beats per minute , which causes the body to burn fat instead of sugar. If we run too fast, the body takes in energy too quickly, and it is contained only in sugar. When this happens, the craving for sweet foods, which is the opposite of what we want, becomes stronger.

So if we focus on burning fat, the results are almost immediate, plus we don\’t have to worry about what we eat. Sport increases peristalsis, which also increases appetite. Focusing on running has another side effect, which is a sense of satisfaction and well-being. That is, endorphins are released during or after exercise as a pain stimulus. This makes us feel relaxed and happy, and in the short term we feel less pain.

However, as with anything, one should not overdo sports. When training, it is important to increase the amount gradually. It is certainly not a good idea to run every day and get great results. Sports can be a good help, but one should not get caught up in the feeling of success or victory.
